Ingredients:
- 4 boneless 3-5 cm thick salmon portions
- 6 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 3 Tbsp horseradish
- 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 4 Tbsp olive oil plus extra for grilling
- Coarse black pepper for garnish
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Season salmon steaks with salt.
- To make the vinaigrette, in a bowl, combine the dill, horseradish, vinegar and olive oil with 1 Tbsp water and a pinch of salt and pepper
- Use a bit of extra olive oil to oil the grill grates.
- Grill the fish, turning once, until medium-rare, (about 8 to 10 minutes)
- Whisk vinaigrette thoroughly and drizzle over salmon
- Serve and enjoy
