Strawberries and Cream Breakfast Smoothie

This creamy strawberry smoothie is a great, healthy way to get your day started. It’s full of protein and contains oatmeal, which studies have shown can help lower cholesterol. It’s also very easy to make while you’re still waking up in the morning.

Add the ingredients one at a time to ensure a smooth blending process. Avoid the temptation to cheat with extra sugar or fruit juice as you want to keep these breakfast smoothies as healthy and nutritious as possible.

Serves 2


  • 125g frozen strawberries
  • 200g unsweetened plain Greek yogurt
  • 20g dry rolled oatmeal
  • ¼ Tsp vanilla essence
  • 250ml almond milk


  1. Add all ingredients to blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Enjoy your strawberry and cream breakfast smoothie!
