These peanut butter protein balls are among my favorite healthy snacks. These energy bites are no bake, super easy to make and take less than 10 minutes to put together.
Thanks to being loaded with protein, fibre and healthy fats, this snack will keep you full and loaded with energy throughout the day. The flax seed provides healthy fats, fibre and nutrients, the peanut butter is full of protein and oats are known to reduce cholesterol.
They keep fresh in the fridge for days and if you have a blender, you will be done within 10 minutes. If you don’t have a blender, it may take you 12 minutes. So if you are looking for a healthy alternative to your usual favourite choccie try these brilliant balls instead.
